Hydraulic folding rolls


„JACEK”, „TYTAN” and „MAXIMUS” – tillage rollers, hydraulically folded, are modern machines in which the following operative elements are utilized :

  • Cambridge rings with diameter of 450, 500 and 530 mm – mainly designed for post sowing agriculture;
  • Crosskill rings with diameter of 510 mm – designed for disintegration of lumps on the fields;
  • Campbell rings with diameter of 700 mm („JACEK NOVA”) – designed for the normal soil compacting after plowing.

These rollers can be easily folded by means of hydraulic system. In addition “TYTAN” (“TITAN”) can be equipped with leveling drags, adjusted manually or by means of hydraulics.
Direct advantages of using EXPOM tillage rollers are:

  • leveling the field and disintegration of lumps;
  • improving the contact of seeds with soil, what significantly influences uniformity of germination;
  • retention of the moisture in soil;
  • reduction of soil erosion;
  • improving the structure of soil.

Rollers can be successfully used for post harvest agriculture in purpose of acceleration of putrescence of straw, post harvest remainders and germination of scattered seeds, including weeds seeds. These machines are also used on greenlands.
